The main bedroom has a double bed and wash area with sink and mirror. The second bedroom is fitted with pine bunk beds.
The lounge area has two sofas, T.V / Video and patio doors out to the grounds. One sofa converts to a metal-framed double bed. There is also a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are large private gardens. There is also an allocated parking space.
Locally, you can visit the nature reserve with its bird sanctuary and 450 species of flowering plants, and the families activity centre at Ashcombe. Spend a day at ‘Crealy’, the family attraction of the year, Exeter (12 miles) with its beautiful cathedral, catacombs and shops, or meander down to Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, all within easy reach.
There are local pubs, some of which serve food with extensive menus and a local Post Office, various stores and a Doctors Surgery.
