The Booking Process

  • Tell us when you are looking to use the apartment.
  • If the week(s) you require are available, we will pencil these in and take some preliminary details in order to send you a booking form and literature .
  • If the weeks are available, we will pencil these in and take some preliminary details in order promptly send a booking form and literature .

    If you have any specific requirements please let us know as we could probably assist in arranging these.

  • Once we receive a signed booking form with details amended/completed and a deposit for 30% of the cost, we will fix the booking and send you written confirmation of the deposit payment.
  • We would look to receive the total balance of the remaining hire charge being paid at least 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

Other Conditions

  • Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels are not supplied.
    We can provide information regarding the supply of these from a local supplier if you are not able to bring your own. Please see the 'Services' link on the left for more information.
  • Please note, we have a non smoking policy.
  • Apologies to pet owners, but no pets are allowed in the property during your stay.
  • The cost of electricity is not included within the hire charge, and supplied via £1 coin meter.
